Warranty, Returns and Exchanges Policies:

OnBoard Outfitters™ believes in the outstanding quality of our products, and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days. You will pay the shipping on an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must be returned CLEAN, dry, free of pet hair, odors, etc. or a fee will be charge, 20% of product price. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, you may exchange or request a refund at any time. You pay for the shipping to return the item, and we will pay to ship a new item to you.

The following conditions apply for Returns:

• The item must be unused and in the original condition that it was sent, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. If item was shipped under our free shipping program, purchaser will pay the actual outbound shipping cost. The amount that it
  cost us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
• When returning items to us, we recommend shipping UPS or USPS insured, and using atracking number. You must include a copy of your receipt and, if paid by credit card,
  a copy of the credit card receipt or you card number and expiration date.
• If merchandise was paid via a PayPal account, please include a copy of the transactionreceipt.
• Merchandise paid for with a credit card will be credited to your card.
• Merchandise paid for via PayPal will be credited to your PayPal account.
