Shipping Policies:

U.S. Domestic and Territories:

Your products will be shipped immediately upon order (after 5pm, order will be shipped the following day.) We ship USPS priority mail, which usually takes 3-5 business days.

At this time, we only accept orders online, or via our selected retailers.

Shipping Charge: Based on location and USPS pricing

Handling Charge: $3.00

A handling charge of $3.00 of the total sales price will be applied to each order.

U.S. Sales Tax:

California residents: 9.25% tax will be added to subtotal
Nevada residents: 6.50 % tax will be added to subtotal
Utah residents: 5.75%

International Orders — All non-U.S. States and Territories:

Your products will be shipped immediately upon order (after 5pm, order will be shipped the following day) via USPS Priority International flat rate. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Charge: $41.95 (for up to 2 items. 3+ items will require additional charges.)

Handling Charge: $3.00

A handling charge of $3.00 of the total sales price will be applied to each order.

Warranty, Returns and Exchanges Policies:

OnBoard Outfitters™ believes in the outstanding quality of our products, and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days. You will pay the shipping on an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must be returned CLEAN, dry, free of pet hair, odors, etc. or a fee will be charge, 20% of product price. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, you may exchange or request a refund at any time. You pay for the shipping to return the item, and we will pay to ship a new item to you.
